The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including no more than 8 adults; the living-area sleeper sofa is suitable for two children only. No pets are permitted. No smoking is allowed. A signed waiver is required for discounted kayak and Seaview board rentals.
Getting there
The villa is in North Side. The property has oceanfront water access via a dock and ocean ladder; foot protection is advised when wading. Rum Point Club is described as a 10-minute drive from North Side, and Tukka restaurant in the East End as a 10–15 minute drive. A grocery store, restaurants and excursions are described as minutes away. The nearby beach or water entry may vary with tides and weather, and seasonal sargassum may occur.
