The property has a private dock with a thatched cabana, built-in benches and an ocean ladder for water entry. Foot protection is advised when wading into the ocean. The living area has vaulted ceilings, plush couches and a large HD cable television with surround sound. The kitchen has modern appliances and breakfast-bar seating. Dining is available at an indoor table for six and at an alfresco table on the oceanfront deck. A grocery store, restaurants and excursions departing from Rum Point Club are described as minutes away. No properties are adjacent to the home. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced sanitation and inspection protocols. Kayaks and Seaview boards are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver.
