Pomarance is 2 km away and Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 42 km away. The property has a 300-metre unpaved access road in good condition. The parking area is uncovered and inside the property. The laundry is reached by a gravel path behind the villa, and the pool area is reached by a lawn path and stone steps.

The property is available as a private structure for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. No other guests will be present on site when this solution is rented.
