The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool area is enclosed by a wooden fence on three sides and open on the infinity side.

The villa is just outside Pomarance, with shops and services 2 km away. Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 42 km away. Access includes a 300 m unpaved road in good condition. The property has stone paths and external terracotta stairs to the first-floor apartments. The laundry is reached by a gravel path behind the villa.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property itself is not fenced.
