The villa is 2 km from Pomarance and 42 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea at Marina di Cecina. The access includes 300 metres of unpaved road in good condition. Stone paths cross the lawn to the apartments and pool; the laundry is at a lower garden level reached by a gravel path. The property has uncovered parking inside the grounds. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is rented as a private structure, and no other guests will be present on site in this rental solution.
