The house

The Balcony Suite occupies the second level of Casitas Duna and accommodates four guests. Large windows, exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors and colorful artwork frame an open-concept living and dining space connected to the kitchen. The private balcony overlooks the gardens, and guests have access to shared gardens upon entry.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed, bed linens and closet space. There are two full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a soaking bathtub. A crib is available, and the apartment is advertised as child-friendly.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. High-speed Wi-Fi and a shared washer and dryer are available. Complimentary on-site parking accommodates one car, with additional street parking. Pets are allowed.

Los Frailes is a quiet residential neighborhood a short taxi ride from the restaurants, galleries, markets and historic landmarks of central San Miguel de Allende. Concierge services and experiences can be arranged for this home; charges require guest confirmation.
