Casita Quetzal combines a private pool with walking access to Uvita’s shops, restaurants and Marino Ballena National Park. High ceilings and an open floor plan bring light into the single-storey home, with a patio and garden for outdoor living.

Two air-conditioned king bedrooms and a living-room sleeper sofa accommodate six guests. The owner’s suite has its own bathroom. An equipped kitchen, free parking, washer and dryer, smart TV and sound system support a comfortable stay. The manager advertises internet above 200 Mbps; streaming requires guests’ own accounts. No spaces are shared.

## How does arrival work?
Each reservation receives a custom PIN, with check-in available after 3 pm.

## What sleeping spaces are provided?
Two king bedrooms and a living-room couch that sleeps two accommodate a maximum of six guests. Both bedrooms have air conditioning; the owner’s suite has a private bathroom.

## Can the manager arrange transport and family extras?
The concierge can arrange rental cars, airport pickups and domestic flights. A baby travel bed can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice. Starter supplies are provided.
