The villa has separate entrances to the main house and annex, with internal access to the annex through the study. The main house has a living and dining area with a large wooden table, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a separate kitchen with another table, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The annex has a living area with a single sofa bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. Shower facilities are described in both the main house and annex.
Outside, there is a veranda for dining, a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and a swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The private woodland has a path approximately 1 km long. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
Brindisi airport is 35 minutes away by car; Bari international airport is 100 km away.
