The first-floor apartment is in a two-story building overlooking Mondello square and has modern furnishings. Access involves a few steps. The living area has a sofa, table and TV. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the sea- and square-facing balcony; the other has two single beds and overlooks the inner balcony. The main balcony is also accessible from the living room and is furnished with two chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower and overlooks an internal balcony or small terrace with a laundry area. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer and mosquito net are provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Services are within a few minutes' walk. Mondello Beach and Capo Gallo Nature Reserve are each a five-minute walk away. Falcone and Borsellino Airport is a 26-minute drive away. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone; nearby parking and exploring on foot are recommended.

Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
