Casetta Annina combines a traditional Apulian dwelling with modern furnishings. The entrance level has a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase leads down to a second living room with a kitchenette and sofa.
Air conditioning is limited to the entrance-level living area. Facilities include a washing machine, dryer, television, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, juicer, moka coffee maker and hairdryer. The accommodation has no Wi-Fi.
