## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on a sofa bed in the living area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is one bathroom. The living-dining room has sofas, a television and an air-conditioning unit that cools the apartment.

The open kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, toaster, citrus juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with towels and kitchen towels. A high chair and cot are available. The terrace has a table and chairs.

The fenced complex has approximately 2,000 m² of communal grounds, including a lawn, two pools and two children's pools. Pool opening is normally from 1 June to 30 September, but community regulations may change the dates without notice; updated information is available on arrival. One garage parking space is available free of charge, and the building has an elevator.

Les Marines beach and nearby bars and restaurants are local amenities. Dénia town and the ferry are 1 km away, the train station is 2 km away and the Carretera Les Marines bus stop is 0.15 km away. Valencia–Manises Airport is 115 km away.
