Post-and-beam architecture, expansive windows, vaulted ceilings and blue-stained pine frame views of North Sister, Middle Sister and Broken Top. The open floor plan has radiant-heated concrete floors, two gas fireplaces, a pool table and a wet bar.

Three bedrooms provide a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin bed with a trundle. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. One full bathroom has dual vanities and a glass walk-in shower; the other has a shower-tub combination. The home includes a kitchen, air conditioning, heating, TV, washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi.

Outdoor spaces include multiple living areas, a large upper deck, an Adirondack seating area, a patio and a barbecue. The rural grounds have natural high-desert landscaping and wildlife may be present. The property uses well water and a septic system.

Downtown Bend is about 15–20 minutes away, with Sisters closer. Concierge services available to guests include fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special-occasion arrangements, and baby, ski and beach gear rentals.

Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. No open burning from March to October. Seasonal fire restrictions may affect outdoor firepit use.
