House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable, and additional cleaning is arranged with payment. Long-term stays are allowed. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
The residence is at the base of the mountain, within walking distance of ski lifts and town. The free Ritz-Carlton shuttle serves Vail Ski Resort chairlifts and popular summer trailheads. Paid valet parking accommodates up to two cars. The Gore Creek path runs beside the resort.
