## About the house

Ocean sunsets, a private pool and access to its own waterfall distinguish Cascada Escondida, a gated home between Dominical and Quepos. A covered patio runs the length of the main floor beside the kitchen, living and dining spaces.

The main-floor king suite has its own bathroom. One flight of exterior stairs leads down to a two-queen bedroom and another king bedroom, joined by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with an additional full bathroom on that level. A further flight leads to the pool, patio and covered grilling rancho. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the group has exclusive use of the property.

## What are the arrival restrictions?
Guests meet a manager and are escorted through the gates. Complete normal check-in by 8 pm. Arrivals between 8 pm and 10 pm require approval at least 48 hours ahead and a $50 fee. Keys cannot be left for later pickup, and arrivals after 10 pm are not allowed.

## Is verification or a deposit required?
The manager requires guest-detail verification before the booking begins. Guests choose between a refundable deposit and a nonrefundable damage waiver advertised at $45. Confirm current terms with the manager.

## What is nearby?
Dominical is about twenty minutes away, Quepos and Manuel Antonio about forty-five minutes away. Matapalo and Playa Linda are nearby beaches.

## Can a travel cot be arranged?
A baby travel bed can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice. Starter supplies are provided.
