The property is for private lease only. Pets are permitted only on request and must be small; extra cleaning is mandatory for animals. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The property is on the edge of Saludecio. Saludecio shops, restaurants and essential services are 1 km away; Cattolica beach is 16 km away. The access roads include 200 m of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property for up to five uncovered cars. The pool is approximately 5 m from the house and can also be reached by 17 external stone steps. The villa is arranged over four levels, and the tower bedroom is accessible via five steps.
