The property has an ancient stone turret dating from the 1400s, stone walls, exposed beams, terracotta floors and handcrafted wooden furniture.

The private pool is approximately 5 m from the house, measures 6 x 3 m and has a constant depth of 1.50 m. It has salt purification, internal lighting, submerged access steps, a paved sunbathing area, lawn, sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Access is via French doors or 17 external stone steps.

The property is on the edge of Saludecio. Saludecio shops, restaurants and essential services are 1 km away; Cattolica beach is 16 km away. The access roads include 200 m of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property for up to five uncovered cars. The pool is approximately 5 m from the house and can also be reached by 17 external stone steps. The villa is arranged over four levels, and the tower bedroom is accessible via five steps.

The property is for private lease only. Pets are permitted only on request and must be small; extra cleaning is mandatory for animals. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
