The apartment has minimalist, contemporary furnishings and is arranged across several levels. The first floor contains a large living room with a sofa, dining table and TV, a small kitchen with a balcony, a queen-bed bedroom with an exposed shower, and a half bathroom.

Stairs lead to the second-floor terrace, which has a dining table and provides access to the annex. The annex contains a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom and an exposed shower. The terrace also has an outdoor sink and shower. A further staircase leads to a sunbathing area with city and sea views.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler and microwave; a hairdryer is also provided. Brindisi Airport is a 40-minute drive away, and Bari International Airport is 100 km away.
