The property is in the Montecarotto area, about 2 km from Montecarotto and approximately 1.2 km from shops and a bus stop. Access includes 200 metres of unpaved road in good condition. Senigallia beach is 32 km away. The property has a non-enclosed park of about 400 square metres.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Natural insects may be present in the rural surroundings.
