The property is 5 km from Attigliano, the train station and the A1 motorway exit. Access includes 3 km of unpaved road in good condition. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 70 km away. The pool is reached from the living area across a stretch of garden without steps.

This is a private structure rented exclusively to one group; no other guests are present on site. Pets are allowed for €50 per week or part of a week, payable on site. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
