It has four submerged steps, chlorine and oxygen purification, internal lighting, a teak-and-lawn solarium, sunbeds, deckchairs, a cold-water shower and a nearby pergola. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in the hills near Todi. Todi shops and supermarkets are around 6 km away. The property is well situated for access by car to Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto and other towns. The access road is paved up to the gate, and a gravel drive leads to the parking spaces. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 116 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 140 km away.

The property is available for private lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, comprising 6 standard places plus 2 additional guests. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
