Pets cannot enter the pool. The property is not fenced. The fireplaces are ornamental. The wood oven is not included in the equipment.
Getting there
The property is in Prodo, a hamlet of the municipality of Orvieto, in Umbria. Prodo is 2 km away; Colonnetta, with a grocery store, bar and bus stop, is 8 km away; shops and services in Ciconia near Orvieto Scalo are 18 km away. The property has a 300-metre dirt access road in good condition. The swimming pool is 15 metres from the pergola and is open seasonally from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access, and the two floors have independent entrances without an internal connection.
