Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The living areas and kitchen do not have heating; heating is provided only in the bedrooms with fancoils. The pool is seasonal, available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Getting there
The property is between Asciano and Buonconvento. Buonconvento is about 4 km away; Montalcino is 18 km away; Siena is 31 km away; and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 96 km away. The property is reached by 200 m of unpaved road. The pool is about 70 m from the house across a lawn with a slight descent. The two floors are connected by an external staircase, and some bedrooms are reached by three, eight, or nine steps. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
