The property is between Asciano and Buonconvento. Buonconvento is about 4 km away; the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore is 4 km away; Montalcino is 18 km away; Siena is 31 km away; the Tyrrhenian Sea is 96 km away. Access includes 200 m of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property with up to eight uncovered spaces.

The property is not fenced. When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site. The pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The passage room with two joinable single beds in the family suite is not included in this solution.
