The property is in the municipality of Orte; Orte is 5 km from the house, and the A1 Orte motorway exit is 7.5 km away. The property is reached by 600 m of unpaved road in good condition. The swimming pool is about 40 m behind the house at a lower level and is reached by a stone and lawn path. The property has three uncovered parking spaces. The nearest listed beach is Lido di Tarquinia on the Tyrrhenian Sea, 76 km away.

This is a private structure available only for lease. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms.
