The pool is below the house and is reached by steps or a sloping lawn. It measures 10.60 by 3.30 metres, has a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 metres, Roman steps, two hydromassage jets, a stone terrace, sunbeds and umbrellas. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is on a hillside between Lucrezia and the Adriatic coast. Fano beaches are 19 km away and are described as 20 minutes away. Calcinelli di Saltara, with supermarkets and other services, is 7 km away. Access includes 300 metres of unpaved road. The pool is reached by steps or a sloping lawn. Parking is available for up to four cars.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum limit of eight guests are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced with gated access and metal mesh approximately 2.20 metres high. Heating costs €30 per day and are paid on site.
