Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. Heating is available on request from November to April for €40 per day. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
