Casale Le Tre Querce is a private stone farmhouse with a main house and a nearby annex. The main house has an open-plan sitting and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast room, a laundry room and four double bedrooms on the first floor. The fenced one-hectare garden has outdoor dining areas, a portable barbecue and a wood oven. The salt-purified pool is for guests' exclusive use.

The salt-purified swimming pool is for guests' exclusive use. It measures 5 x 11 m, has a constant depth of 1.40 m, internal lighting, Roman steps, an outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. It is about 15 metres from the house, reached by crossing the lawn and climbing 7 steps, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in the Orvieto area, about 10 km from the Orvieto A1 motorway exit. The village of Canale Nuovo, with basic groceries, is about 3 km away. The access road is paved up to the gate. The pool is about 15 metres from the house and requires crossing the lawn and climbing 7 steps.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests: 8 standard places plus 1 extra bed.
