This is a private structure available for lease only. One small or medium-sized animal is permitted. The property is not fenced in. The pool is open seasonally from the third Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October. The fireplace is ornamental.
Getting there
Castel del Piano shops, restaurants and cafés are approximately 800 m away. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is approximately 15 m from the house and requires descending a short flight of steps. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Castiglione della Pescaia is 79 km away.
