The property is leased as a private structure. Pets require prior request. The property is not fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The property is 9 km from Ostuni and the nearest listed beaches are 17 km away. The Adriatic coast is about 30 minutes away by car. Access is paved until 300 m before the entrance gate, followed by a well-maintained track. Two small stone staircases lead from the raised terrace to the pool.
