The architecture of this beautiful home, with all amenities and mod cons, is inspired by that of the traditional rural houses clad in sandstone and with large use of salvaged wood for the ceilings and oak planks for the warm floors. The bright spacious rooms are enriched by a fine collection of top quality furniture in Provençal style, with country chic details, blending in well with the simple natural shades of the upholstery and walls. The centre of the house is the spacious living room, an open-plan area with a super-equipped kitchen that extends outside to a wide pergola surrounded by flowers where guests can experience the peaceful atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside.
The house is a good departure point for visiting the many places of natural, artistic and religious interest in the area. Todi, with its natural landscapes, prestigious architecture, rich culture and old traditions, is just 10 minutes from the property, but also within easy reach are the well-known towns of central Italy: Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto. The excellent road links, as well, guarantee easy travel to the neighbouring regions of Tuscany and Lazio.
