The property is about 3 km from Monte Castello di Vibio. Access includes 150 metres of unpaved road. The property is arranged over two levels on slightly sloping land, and the annex is reached by a stone staircase. The garden descends from the house towards the annex. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 138 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 150 km away.

The property is available for lease only. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access and is not fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Heating from November to April is charged according to consumption. All fireplaces are ornamental.
