The property is reached by 3 km of dirt road with potholes; the road has no climbs and is not suitable for small or sports cars. The Magliano Sabina motorway exit is 24 km away. The property is in Gallese, within the WWF Oasis of Pian Sant'Angelo. Corchiano is 9 km away. The enclosed one-hectare area includes the house, annex, pool, garden and parking; the gate must remain closed. Parking is limited to six uncovered spaces.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The gate must remain closed. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Heating is charged at €100 per day. Extra cleaning may apply for animals.
