The pool is on the same level as the house and annex, about 20 metres away. It measures 4.5 by 14 metres, has a depth from 1.20 to 1.80 metres, salt purification, internal lighting and four corner steps. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The one-hectare area containing the house, annex, pool and garden is enclosed by a 160 cm wooden-pole and electro-welded-mesh fence; the gate must remain closed.

The property is in the municipality of Gallese, in Tuscia, in the province of Viterbo. Access includes 3 km of dirt path without climbs but with potholes; it is not suitable for small and sports cars. The A1 Magliano Sabina exit is 24 km away, and the shops and services of Corchiano are 9 km away.

The gate must remain closed. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Heating costs €100 per day; extra cleaning may apply for animals.
