Private pool- Fenced
The pool is on the same level as the house and annex, about 20 metres away. It measures 4.5 by 14 metres, has a depth from 1.20 to 1.80 metres, salt purification, internal lighting and four corner steps. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The one-hectare area containing the house, annex, pool and garden is enclosed by a 160 cm wooden-pole and electro-welded-mesh fence; the gate must remain closed.
