It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, with water maintained at approximately 26–28°C. A heated whirlpool is beside the pool.

The property is just outside Canelli, 3 km from shops and services, 10 km from Nizza Monferrato railway station and 33 km from the A21 Asti Est exit. The access road is paved up to the entrance. The Ligurian Sea is 120 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. The grounds are unfenced. The Pilates gym is available only on request and when accompanied by a certified instructor. The pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
