The property is in the countryside. The access route includes about 1.5 km of unpaved road in good condition, with some holes. The A1 Orvieto exit is 13 km away, Orvieto is 12 km away and the Orvieto train station is 15 km away. Santa Marinella on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 104 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed. The fireplaces are ornamental and should not be used as functional fireplaces.
