Casale dei Tigli is a recently renovated and expanded stone country farmhouse with terracotta floors, large windows, a living room overlooking the garden and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a pergola and a 2,000 sq m park. The house has two floors, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and a loft study upstairs.

The property is in the countryside. It is 8 km from the A1 Orvieto motorway exit according to the location section, which also gives 13 km for the same exit. Access includes about 1.5 km of unpaved road in good condition with some holes. Orvieto is 12 km away, Orvieto railway station is 15 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea at Santa Marinella is 104 km away.

The property is rented exclusively to one group, with no other guests present on site. The property is not fenced. The fireplaces are ornamental and are not for use. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
