House rules
This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is fully enclosed partly by a 2 m high wall and partly by wire-mesh fencing. Pets are allowed. The pool is open from April 1 to November 15.
Getting there
The farmhouse is 5 km from Castellammare del Golfo, 9 km from Scopello and 9 km from the Riserva dello Zingaro. The pizzeria a few meters from the house can be reached on foot. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is about 100 m from the villa; five steps lead to the pergola and four steps downhill lead from the rear terrace toward the pergola and pool area.
