It is about 15 metres from the house, reached across a stretch of lawn or down a few steps, and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The property is 12 km from Todi, 40 minutes from Orvieto and 136 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Access includes 650 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is about 15 metres from the house and is reached across lawn or down a few steps. Doglio, with a coffee bar and grocery, is 2 km away.
