House rules
The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The owners may sometimes occupy the house next door but do not share the house, garden or swimming pool outdoor spaces with guests. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
Getting there
The property has 300 metres of unpaved access road. The annex is reached by crossing 30 metres of lawn and is at a slightly higher level than the main house. The swimming pool is about 10 metres from the house and is reached by eight steps or across a stretch of lawn.
