The property is rented as a private structure. The grounds are enclosed with wire mesh at least 1.80 metres high. A caretaker occasionally lives independently on the property. When this rental solution is booked, no other guests are present on site.
Getting there
The property is in Ficareto, about 15 minutes from Todi by car. Access includes 1 kilometre of downhill dirt road that is not suitable for sports cars. Shops and services in Ponte Rio are about 10 kilometres away. The pool is reached by crossing approximately 15 metres of lawn from the living room.
