This is a private structure available for lease only. The grounds are enclosed with wire mesh at least 1.80 m high. A caretaker occasionally lives within the property in an independent position with a private gate and fence. One annex bedroom can have an additional single bed on request at extra cost.
Getting there
The property is reached by 1 km of downhill dirt road that is not suitable for sports cars. Todi is approximately 10 km away, and shops and services are available in Ponte Rio approximately 10 km away. The pool is reached from the portico by crossing approximately 15 m of lawn. The annex is reached by crossing the pool area.
