The house is arranged over four floors. Outside, a private chlorinated pool measures 10 × 3 metres and is 1.3–1.8 metres deep, with four sun loungers nearby. A veranda and terrace provide space for outdoor meals.

The ground floor has a kitchen-dining area with a gas hob, microwave and dining table. The first floor has a spacious lounge with satellite TV and music facilities, plus a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The second floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and sauna. Three steps lead to another double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds for two guests.
