House rules
Occasional encounters with tropical insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles are part of the natural environment. Pool maintenance takes place every Tuesday and Friday, and the maintenance team requires access to the house on those days. Power outages and interruptions to the local spring water supply can occasionally occur.
Getting there
Marino Ballena National Park is less than 5 minutes away. Uvita Waterfall is 5 minutes away, Hacienda Barú is 15 minutes away, Playa Linda is 25 minutes away, Playa Matapalo is 30 minutes away, Nauyaca Waterfalls is 40 minutes away, and Manuel Antonio National Park is 50 minutes away. Dominical is 20 minutes away and Quepos is 50 minutes away for groceries and restaurants. Access is easy with a 4x2 vehicle; a 4x4 is not required, although all-wheel drive is recommended, especially during the rainy season. The property is in the mountains and is gated with security at the entrance.
