The house

The apartment overlooks a quiet street on Via Assarotti, which connects central Genoa with the residential Castelletto area. It has two spacious double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. The bed inventory comprises two queen-size beds and two single beds.

The kitchen has a traditional Genoese marble sink, a raised breakfast table, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Beside it are a bathroom with a washing machine and a storage room. The living room contains a large L-shaped sofa, television and dining table. There is also a second bathroom. Bathroom equipment includes a shower and hairdryer; an iron is available.

Wi-Fi is available. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
