House rules

Maximum occupancy is four guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets and smoking are not allowed. For trash disposal, follow the signs leading to the Vending.

Getting there

The Reserve at Lake Travis is west of Austin, with access to lake docks and marinas. Parking is across the street in an unpaved lot and is first-come, first-served. Dock or marina use may incur extra fees. Bring your own pickleball rackets and balls, fishing rods and materials for the shared firepit. Pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by FCM Homes.
