House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00; no loud music, gatherings or noise during these hours. Visitors and outside guests need advance host approval. Parties and events require written host approval before the stay. Pets require specific host approval before arrival. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; no smoking indoors. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 16. Do not rearrange furniture. Report damage or maintenance issues immediately. No open flames or candles indoors. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written host approval. Lock doors and windows when leaving. Turn off AC and heating when leaving the property, and lights and fans when leaving rooms. Conserve water and do not leave taps running. Before departure, wash dishes, leave the kitchen clean, place used towels and linens in the bathroom, and dispose of trash in designated bins. Optional services are arranged for this home and nothing is charged until confirmed: Chef Pablo from $82 per person; Jorge Avendaño from $164 per person; Chef Donnie Masterton from $164 per person; Mariachi Serenade from $318; Pet Fee from $64; Jacuzzi Heating from $33. All displayed service amounts include IVA. Cancellation policy: full refund at least 30 days before check-in; also full refund within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund applies between 7 and 30 days before check-in; no refund less than 7 days before check-in.

Getting there

The villa is on a hill, a short walk from the Jardin. Accommodation is arranged across the first, second and top floors. The exact address is shared after booking.
