The house

The apartment has a ground-floor entrance opening into a private entrance space, with accommodation on upper levels. A small sitting room has a TV and sofa. There are two bedrooms with one bed each and one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The kitchen-diner includes an oven, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, dining table and chairs. It opens directly onto a large furnished terrace overlooking Noto and its hills, with a glimpse of the sea. Air conditioning, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment is in Noto's limited traffic zone (ZTL); nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot are recommended. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is an hour's drive away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Check-in must be arranged with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late arrivals and departures are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur a €20–€40 charge.
