House rules
The portfolio advertises a two-night minimum. Check-in after 15:00 with a lockbox; checkout before 11:00. No pets or smoking. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Before leaving, gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn things off, return keys and lock up. Spa services and experiences require availability confirmation and booking assistance.
Getting there
The main house has two floors and stairs are needed for the upper floor. The pool is in an open area without a gate or lock. Two exterior cameras monitor the main property entrance/parking area and house entrance; noise decibel monitors are present. Airbnb lists a smoke alarm and no carbon monoxide alarm.
