The property is for lease only. Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum limit of six guests are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is fenced. The hydromassage tub is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October and accommodates up to five people.

Porto Istana Beach is 300 metres away and within walking distance. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Murta Maria is 1.5 km away and Olbia is 8 km away.
